Return and Refund Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling is 7 days from the date you received the goods. To cancel, email sales@broncodist.com. We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods using the same payment method.
Conditions for Returns
Goods are eligible for return if:
- purchased in the last 14 days,
- in original packaging, and
- unused/undamaged.
The following cannot be returned:
- goods made to your specifications,
- goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired,
- goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons, or
- goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Send to: 5763 Logan Ct, Denver, CO 80216. We recommend insured and trackable mail. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of returned goods.
Exchanges
We only replace goods received defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
