Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Bronco Distribution, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Business Use Only
Bronco Distribution is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor. All customers must be verified businesses. We do not sell directly to consumers.
2. Payment Terms
Customers can pay using: Online Payment, COD (Cash or Check on Delivery – returning customers only), Manual Payment Links, Bank Deposits (pre-approved with proof of payment), or Checks (returning customers only). First-time customers paying by check must provide a valid driver’s license copy. Bounced checks are subject to a $12 returned check fee.
3. Pickup Orders
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are ready the next business day (Mon–Fri by 9:00 AM, Saturday by 10:00 AM). Orders placed after 3:00 PM are ready the next business day by 1:00 PM. Pickup orders are held for 2 full business days then automatically canceled and restocked. No fees charged for unclaimed orders.

5. Sales Tax & Pricing
We are a wholesale distributor and generally do not collect sales tax except where required by law. All listed prices include applicable taxes where necessary. Pricing may change at any time prior to order submission. Once submitted, pricing is locked for that transaction.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or fulfilled. If not yet processed, request cancellation at sales@broncodist.com. Approval is at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Bronco Distribution is not liable for delays caused by third parties, issues from incorrect customer information, loss or damage after delivery, or misuse of products. All products are sold as-is for resale purposes only.
